| Shaukat M.
Iqbal, our Chief Executive, was with Lever Brothers
Ltd. from 1964 to 1974 serving in various senior sales &
marketing positions in Pakistan. In late 1974, he was posted
to Saudi Arabia to handle Unilever Export Ltd. business in
that country. In view of his vast experience in handling consumer
products, he upon return from Saudi Arabia in 1989, was approached
by Lever Brothers Ltd. for the distribution agency of their
products in Lahore city. Masha-Allah, he is actively involved
in all operational matters of the enterprise, on a daily basis,
and is rightfully the beacon of our corporation. |

| Shahzad S.
Iqbal, an MBA from Lahore University of Management
Sciences, Lahore, is our Corporate Business Advisor, and is
currently working as a Managing Partner of SBE Foods. |

Atif
S. Iqbal, our Director, has done his Masters in
Commerce from Punjab University, Lahore & is fully involved
in our business operations. While working full-time with
this concern since 1997, he has gained in-depth work experience
in all the spheres of distribution business, starting from
proper inventory handling, supply chain management, effective
sales force management and in-line trade marketing. He has
attended various professional / management courses at renowned
institutes. Atif is also responsible for the automation
of our sales and accounting systems, having in depth IT
knowledge clubbed with extensive market experience. |

| Mustafa S. Iqbal,
our Marketing Executive, has done his Bachelors in Economics
& Finance from University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada,
and has recently joined the family enterprise. He brings with
him a lot of modern business improvement strategies based
on scientific grounds. |
